With the aim of creating a capable and efficient base in the field of health and treatment in the country, in 2016, a group of graduates of Amir Kabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) formed a knowledge-based group.

In 2019, under the legal name of Avin Darman Pars, this group expanded its scope of activities and in this regard, obtained the exclusive distribution agency of sports medicine products portfolio of Tehran Sutures Co. (as the biggest supplier in orthopedics in all around the country using an international well-known American brand).

Sport medicine products include implants and ancillary products related to knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgeries for repair and treatment of soft tissue injuries such as ligaments and tendons.
